Exciting news! La Cumbre Center for Creative Arts (LCCCA) currently has artist spaces available for immediate occupancy. We’re actively seeking new tenants who are artists to join our vibrant creative community. At LCCCA, we firmly believe in fair compensation for artists. While we do charge a reasonable monthly fee for our display and studio spaces, artists retain an impressive 90% of the sales price of their work, ensuring they’re generously rewarded for their talent and effort.
Alongside this opportunity, we’re also exploring a range of engaging possibilities such as teaching positions, workshop leadership roles, exhibitions, and lectures, among others.
