The purpose of my art is expression. My paintings are process oriented and gestural. The best thing I can do in creating, is remove myself from the process as much as possible and then use the natural world and physics, as a tool to create art and express myself. My paintings are all poured onto the canvas and using the tools of nature like rain, wind, sun, heat, inertia and gravity, I find images that express what I feel and suspend them in time in order to remember, reflect and share.
