Future artists contribute to our Community Painting

There’s lots to do while you’re there!

• Visit our three galleries – Illuminations, Elevate and The Fine Line. Chat with our artists while you enjoy a glass of wine and simple snacks.

• Just outside Elevate Gallery, Toni Ybarra will be performing from 6-8 pm. Toni is a well known local guitarist who specializes in Jazz , Latin Jazz and Flamenco.

• Inside The Fine Line Gallery, Ramona will be playing exotic middle eastern music on her violin.

• At Voice Gallery, enjoy the Abstract Art Collective Spring Show. This exciting show presents the painting, prints and sculpture of 21 AAC artists.

• Spend some time in The Arts Fund Gallery to explore Brush and Beyond, presenting the work of Paulo Lima and Nagham Naim, two Santa Barbara County artists who explore complex topics particularly relevant in our world today.

• While you’re there, visit the Museum of Sensory and Movement Experiences to experience Beautiful Journey – an immersive VR experience that guides you through life’s pivotal moments from the innocence of childhood to the tranquility of near-death and rebirth

• Be sure to drop by the Grace Fisher Foundation’s Inclusive Arts Clubhouse where DJ Chris will be leading the Club Diversity Dance Party. And there’s also a special event, – Kenji Fukudome- A 31 Day Portrait Challenge – featuring a very special set of photos created by Kenji Fukudome. Kenji will be there to present and discuss his work.

• In the Plaza, help us create two new Community Paintings. All ages are welcome to pick up a brush and paint away.
